INGREDIENTS:
300g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
1 small clove garlic, crushed
4 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until
smooth.
2. Place into a serving dish and drizzle with extra olive oil if
desired. Serve with pita or Turkish bread and garnish with baby basil
leaves.
MAKES: 1 cup
PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
TIP: Serve with warmed bread for an extra tasty treat.
