Stir fry
INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon peanut oil
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, cut into sticks or on the angle
1 green capsicum, chopped
1 red capsicum, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
400g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
1 cup snow peas
¼ cup Teriyaki sauce


METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok or fry pan. Stir fry onion, carrot, capsicum and broccoli for 3 minutes adding a little water if necessary.

2. Add drained Edgell Butter Beans, snowpeas and Teriyaki sauce, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.

SERVES: 4

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 4-5 minutes

TIP: Any fresh pre-packaged stir fry vegetables may be used.
