Sesame butter
INGREDIENTS:
300g can Edgell Butter Beans
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon Sesame oil


METHOD:
1. Drain Edgell Butter Beans reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid. Place in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix well. Season to taste.

MAKES: 1 cup

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes

TIP: Use as a spread in chicken sandwiches or as a dip with warmed breads or raw vegetables.
