INGREDIENTS: 420g can Edgell Red Kidney Beans
425g can Edgell Baby Beets, drained and quartered
1 cup flat leaf parsley leaves
1 avocado cut into wedges
2 tablespoons lite Italian dressing
METHOD: 1. Toss together drained Edgell Red Kidney Beans, Edgell
Baby Beets and parsley.
2. Place into a serving bowl and garnish with avocado wedges and
drizzle with dressing.

TIP: Dressing is optional. Just sprinkle salad with cracked black
pepper.
