Bbq bean sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
420g can Edgell Four Bean Mix, undrained

400g can tomato pieces, undrained
2 tablespoons Leggo’s Tomato Paste


METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add onion and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until tender.

2. Stir in paprika, cumin, undrained Edgell Four Bean Mix, tomato pieces and tomato paste. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Serve as a sauce for BBQ meats, or as a topping for nachos.

SERVES: 4

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

TIP: Serve with corn chips, sour cream and avocados.
